First international conference on Drug Delivery and Drug Targeting Research

The first international conference on Drug Delivery and Drug Targeting Research is going to be organized jointly by the Department of Pharmaceutical Technology, Jadavpur University, Kolkata (Calcutta) and the Indian Association of Pharmaceutical Scientists and Technologists, Kolkata on 19th and 20th January 2008 in Jadavpur University, Kolkata, one of the premier universities in India. This is the best time to share information about the advancements as well as the challenges in the discipline. This is an opportunity for an exchange of idea between congress participants and experts on a timely topic. Science and technology have answered many questions in drug delivery and drug targeting research and our current knowledge will be reviewed by outstanding authorities in the field. Delegates will also have the free access to the commercial exhibition. We look forward to renewing acquaintances with our colleagues from around the world as we enjoy the cultural and historical aspects of this wonderful city of joy.

Instruction for Abstract preparation and Abstract submission

Abstract should be written within 250 words sating the brief background, methodology used, outlining of result and the inference drawn. There should be a title of the work followed by the name(s) and affiliation (s) of the researchers and then the body of the abstract. Abstract should be submitted as an e-mail attachment to abstractsubmission@iapst.com. Give option for oral/ Poster presentation. Only a few abstract will be selected for oral presentation.

Travel: Jadavpur University is located inside the southern part of the city Kolkata (previously Known as Calcutta). The city has Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose international air port and is well connected with all parts of the country by railways, road ways and air ways.

Sight seeing: City sight seeing will be arranged on 20th January 2008 from 12 noon to 19 h (lunch and tea will be provided). Rs. 500 (USD 15) per person
